Notes The movement of this watch is typical of Robin early lever watches made after the Emery watches imported in France toward 1786. The balance bridge and the helical balance spring with the adjustable bracket is very similar to that made by Josiah Emery. The early pivoted detent escapement of this watch seems to have been set by Robin on an earlier movement made with a lever escapement.
