Fine and rare astronomic, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, perpetual calendar and moon phases, with certificate. massive, polished, concave bezel, sapphire crystal and transparent back. According to Patek Philippe records, only 3 examples of this watch were made with sapphire glass back, this one on special request of a client.
