Dexmier, London, for William Gib, Rotterdam, No. 1719, made for the Dutch market, circa 1720. Fine silver, calendar watch. Double body, bassine, polished. Silver champleve with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and date aperture. Blued steel hands. GiIt brass full plate with pierced Egyptian pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain balance with mock pendulum, giIt brass Dutch style gilt brass cock, chased with a flute player and with a glazed mock pendulum aperture. Signed on the dial and back plate. In good condition, in a shagreen covered contemporary protecting case. Diam. 50 mm. Interessante orologio da tasca con calendario, in argento. In buone condizioni.
