Cartier, Paris, No. 6277, circa 1928. Ultra slim and elegant 18 ct. gold, keyless " couteau" dress watch. Two piece, "knife edge", polished, a dedication dated 1928, engraved inside the back. Silver engineturned with a small Roman hour chapter ring and outer Arabic minute ring, on the border of the bezel. Blued steel "oriental" Cartier hands. Notes "Baguette pincée" is the term used in the manufacturing records to describe this type of case with knife edge.
