Very fine, square, center second, self winding, 18ct white and yellow gold lady's wristwatch, with 18 ct white and yellow gold integrated bracelet and 18 ct gold Cartier deployant clasp. massive, polished, satined, bi-colour, waterproof, sapphire-set winding-crown. white, with painted Roman numerals.
