Very fine and rare, large, 18 et gold gentleman's wristwatch, with single button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter. massive, polished, hinged back, mobile lugs. white enamel with Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer telemeter graduation, tachometer graduation at the center, "Breguet" blued steel hands.
