Very fine and rare, early, 18 ct gold gentleman's wristwatch, with fitted box. massive, polished, hinged back, gold cuvette. white enamel with Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds, dial, "Breguet" blued steel hands. 12-, gilt brass, 15 jewels, lever escapement "à moustache", cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring.
