Straight sided oak, glazed on three sides, the gilt metal veneer with floral marquetry. Gilt bronze female bottom corner pieces extending roto feet, Gilt metal framed, glazed door with gilt metal applied scene in the centre bottom of the centaur Eurytion abducting either Hippodamia or one of the daughters of Dexamenos. The arch with applied, chased gilt bronze beading with central grotesque head and drop pieces in the form of cocks standing above shields and swags. Matching pediment and bracket, the pediment surmounted by a figure of a female warrior. Gilt bronze with Roman numerals on enamel plaques surrounded by Arabic minute numerals on the edge on the plate. Steel hands centre decorated with a sun-burst above fruit and foliate decoration. Rectangular with turned conical pillars, two train with going barrels for each, verge escapement, flat bob, brass rod pendulum with silk suspension and cycloidal cheeks, striking on a bell; external locking plate.
