Cartier, Paris, No. 15551-21598, entered in the registers 2 April 1925. Elegant platinum, "Empire" keyless dress watch with matching chain, folding knife and pencil. Three piece, massive, "Empire" with reeded band and bow, satine finished. Silver engineturned with a small Roman hour chapter ring and outer Arabic minute ring, on the border of the bezel. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Notes "Empire" is the terra used in the manufacturing records to describe this type of watch.
