L. Leroy & Cie. Horlogers de la Marine, Palais Royal, 13-15 Galerie Montpensier, Paris - 7 Boulevard de la Madeleine, No. 59562, circa 1900. Fine 18 ct. pink gold, keyless minute repeating watch. Three body, massive, "bassine et filets carrure plate", polished, the back with a monogram and a dedication inside dated 1900. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. Notes L.-Leroy & Cie. moved from the Palais Royal to the Boulevard de la Madeleine just in time for the Exhibition of 1900. This watch was certainly produced when they were still in the Palais Royal and soldonce in Boulevard de la Madeleine.
