Very fine and rare 18 ct. gold, keyless pocket chronometer, first class bulletin at the Observatories of Geneva and Kew, awarded the third prize at the contest organised in 1911 at the Observatory of Geneva, with 740 marks. White enamel with Breguet numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. Notes Timing Contest: - Mean average daily rate +/- 0,16 - Restart period - 0,18 - Error of compensation per degree C +/- 0,035 - Mean error in 6 positions +/- 0,58 This chronometer with 740 marks was the 39th out of 102 classified with more than 600 marks. The first one with 866 and the last one with 600, the maximum being 1000 marks.
