Fine 18 ct. gold, keyless pocket chronometer, with chronograph and 60 minutes instantaneous recorder, Bulletin de 1ère classe, catégorie A, on 13 June 1938 at the National Observatory of Besançon and awarded the gold medal at the 44th timing contest, 1938-1939, with 250, 82/300. In original fitted box. Three body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished, the monogram: "M. Notes The mark in the form of the head of a viper on the movement, was punched by the Observatory of Besançon to certify the watch to have been entered for the "Concours".
