Very fine, rare and early 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with olive shaped button chronograph, register and telemeter. massive, polished, satined, dedicated back. mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + «guilloché» auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer telemeter graduations. «Bâton» gold hands. 13- gilt brass, 21 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring.
