Saulet à Paris No. 1396, circa 1830. Fine and unusual, 18 ct. gold, half hunting cased watch with eccentric dial and digital jumping hour. Four body "forme quatre baguettes", engineturned, with eccentric dial aperture and small glazed digital hour aperture above. Gold cuvette. Silver engine-turned with eccentric polished minute chapter ring, inner subsidiary seconds and digital jumping hour aperture above. Blued steel counterpoised minute hand. 15,5—, gilt brass with free standing barrel, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 40 mm.
