Vogel & Olivel à Genève, No. 4482, circa 1850. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel, hunting cased watch with special escapement. Four body, engraved with black champlevé enamelld foliage and flowers, the band, pendant and bow with chased floral decoration, the cover enamelled with a finely painted bride in Oriental dress with two slaves, the back with a maiden in continental dress. Engine-turned gold cuvette, engraved with flowers and technical details. Gold engine-turned with Roman numerals, engraved with scrolls and applied with a varicoloured cast floral decoration on the border.
