Very fine and rare rectangular, 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch. massive, polished, ear-shaped lapidated lugs, dedicated back. «guilloché» mat silver with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. «Bâton» gold hands.
