Very fine 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch fitted into a 20 dollars gold coin dated 1880. massive, polished, straight lugs, opening of the coin by the means of a secret push-piece on the reeded band. champagne with painted indexes. «Bâton» blued steel hands.
