Fine and rare, navette shaped, platinum Iady's wristwatch with visible balance on the dial and 18 ct pink gold and skin Cartier deployant clasp. massive, polished, shaped, extended mobile lugs, top winder. mat silver with painted Roman numerals, below, aperture for the visible balance.
