Lepine, Swiss, circa 1810. Fine silver, early minute repeating watch. Three body, "forme collier", with reeded band and polished back. Hinged gilt brass cuvette. Silver engine-turned with Roman numerals on a polished chapter. Blued steel Breguet hands. Full plate with cylindrical pillars, going barrel, ruby cylinder escapement, plain brass three arm balance with "parachute" suspension, flat balance spring with bimetallic compensation curb on the index. Repeating on gongs with the minute repeating work on the back plate and pull-twist piston on the pendant. Signed on the dial and cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
