Chinese, likely 20th century. A carved jade sculpture depicting a dragon or other mythological beast depicted standing astride on four legs with head pointed forward with jaws open revealing flat teeth, with incised scales to body, the jade to a fitted hardwood stand on four feet. Overall approximately 4.375", 7", 2.25". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Benno & Babette Rothschild, Columbus, Georgia.
