Breguet No. 2474, case No. 39706, circa 1880 Fine 18 ct. gold, keyless watch with chronograph and 30 minute instantaneous recorder. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished, the back engraved with the small monogram "A. . Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Gold "spade" hands.
