Four body, massive, "bassine et filets" with reeded band, engine-turned cover engraved with a coat of arms, the back with the monogram "A.O. M". Gold cuvette. White enamel with Roman numerals. Blued-steel Breguet hands. 17", nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, gold train of wheels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Early stem winding design by Adrien Philippe, (French patent No. 1317 of April 22, 1845),without the possibility of turning the crown anti-clockwise during the winding. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 45 mm. Notes This watch is contemporary with the earliest keyless 'watches made by Patek Philippe in Geneva.
