Louis XV style paint and parcel gilt decorated carved & upholstered banquette or bench with pink upholstery above a floral, shell and scroll carved apron raised on cabriole legs carved at the knee with flowerheads and united by a shaped X - stretcher centered with patera and terminating on scrolled toes. Height 17", width 40.25", depth 18". Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. & Mrs. H.C. Carson of Atlanta, Georgia.
