Very fine and rare. rectangular. 18ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch. with concealed dial. massive, polished. top cover decorated with a blued enamel filet, ogival lugs. bottom winder. mat silver, with painted roman numerals. "Breguet" blued steel hands. 9", signed Cartier Inc., rhodiumed, "fausses-côtes" deco-ration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 2 positions, flat balance-spring.
