Robert, La Chaux-de-Fonds, circa 1820. Important and rare mahogany, 8 day going, grande and petite sonnerie quarter repeating carriage clock with alarm and dead beat center seconds. Rectangular with gilt bronze bezel, handle and feet. White enamel with Breguet numerals (hair cracks), Blued steel hands. Round in brass, three trains with going barrels, lateral lever plateform escapement with extra large plain three armed brass balance beating the seconds, flat balance spring. Striking and repeating on two bells. In good condition. Dim. 21,8 x 11,5 x 15,2 cm.
