Fine stainless steel "Enversteel" gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers and tachometer. polished, satined, lapidated straight lugs. bronze with applied gold indexes + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, outer tachometer graduation. "Bâton" steel hands. Notes H.P.C.: "High Precision Chronometer", designation by Universal for the watches tested at "Le Bureau de Contrôle des Chronomètres".
