Fine, rare and early 18ct gold gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph and register. massive, polished, hinged back, wire mobile lugs. white enamel (hair crack and chip) with radiumed Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials.
