Anonymous, Swiss, circa 1820. Fine 18 ct. gold, quarter repeating musical watch. Three body, "forme quatre baguettes", engine-turned with reeded band. GiIt brass cuvette. Silver engineturned with Roman numerals on a polished steel chapter. Gold Breguet hands. GiIt brass, double train with free standing barrels, the going train with inverted cylinder escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring. Pin-disc musical train with 26 vibrating steel blades. Repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant. In good condition. Diam. 57 mm. Notes Interessante orologio da tasca, con musica al passaggio e alla domanda, ripetizione a quarti, in oro 18K.
