Haas, Swiss, No. 51637, made for Blackstarr & Frost Kennard & Co. circa 1920. Fine 18 ct. white gold and enamel, diamond-set keyless pendant watch with a matching enamelled chain. Three piece, entirely decorated with a blue translucent enamel over engine-turning, the back applied with a very fine diamond-set rosette. Silver engine-turned with Arabic numerals. Blued steel "spade" hands. rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, bimetallic ballance, five adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial, case and movementl. In very good condition. Diam. 29 mm.
