Henri Leuba, Fils, Basle, circa 1860. Fine and unusual 15 days going walnut centre seconds weight driven, long case regulator with double calendar. Rectangular with glazed front door and small pediment. Regulator type with centre seconds, small hour Roman chapter and Arabic minute one above, subsidiary dials for dates and days of the week. Blued steel arrow bands. Brass, circular with cylindrical pillars, end-less rope winding, dead beat escapement, wooden rod seconds beating pendulum with knife edge suspension. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Dim. 190 x 54 x 26 cm.
