Fine and rare 18 ct. pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph register and pulsometer. massive, polished, satined, stepped bezel and lugs, reeded buckle. champagne with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 60 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations. "Bâton" gold hands.
