Very fine 18 ct. gold gentleman's wristwatch, with fitted box and certificate. massive, polished, hinged back, dedicated gold dome, gold screws on the lugs, "Louis XV" winding-crown, sapphire crystal. white enamel with painted Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Breguet" blued steel bands.
