Not signed, Viennese, circa 1840. Very fine and rare, 18 ct. gold and enamel, musical pearl-set harp. In original leather fitted box. Double body, the enamel cord-side panel, painted with two maidens in classical dresses, below Cupids, on a white ground, the outer side and the base of translucent scarlet enamel over engine-turning, with champleve enamelled floral decoration and a musical score. Gilt brass with pin-barrel and six stacked vibrating steel blades. In very good condition. Dim. 91 x 40 mm.
