Fine and rare, left handed, silver gentleman's wristwatch with single button chronograph on the winding-crown and register. white enamel with painted Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Spade" gold hands. Notes This watch is probably the very first example of left handed chronograph wristwatch ever made.
