Ch. Moricand a Geneve, No. 36743, circa 1800. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel pendant watch designed as a ball. Double body, spherical, with a white and azure champleve enamelled floral decoration over a black ground (slightly restored). White enamel with Arabic numerals, gold "spade" hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with conical pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Signed on the dial and back plate. In good condition. Diam. 24 mm.
