Parkinson & Frodsham, Change Alley, London, No. 5299, with London hallmarks for 1885. Very fine 18 ct. gold, half-hunting cased, pocket chronometer with 30 hour power reserve indication. Four body, massive, "pomme et filets" with reeded band, and integral dome, marked "J.H." (Joseph Homeward), the engine-turned back with a small Cyrillic monogram, the cover with black champleve Roman numerals on the dial aperture border. White enamel by Willis, with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and Up-and-Down scale. Blued steel "pear" hands.
