Very fine and rare early 18ct gold, half-hunting cased gentleman's wristwatch. Four body, massive, polished, black enamel Arabic numerals on the cover, gold cuvette, dedicated hinged back. white enamel with radiumed Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Skeleton" radiumed hands. Notes To date no other half-hunting case wristwatch by Patek Philippe are known to exist.
