Tiffany & Co. , Geneve, No. 10435, circa 1880. Very fine 18K gold hunting cased keyless independent split seconds watch with 1/4 second "foudroyante". White enamel with Roman numerals, outer red Arabic minute and seconds rings and sunk subsidiary "diablotine". Blued steel "spade" hands. Notes A stag's head and between the attires a cross pltee engraved on the cover with the motto: Per Crucem ad Carolina!, was the cipher and the motto of the Power family of Scotland.
