Ulysse Nardin, Locle & Geneve, No. 115718, case No. 347457, August 1916. Very fine 18K gold hunting cased, keyless watch. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", band and borders engine-turned in a vermicelli pattern, the cover chased with a standing lion holding a shield engraved with the monogram "J.F.G.", and further foliage decoration, the back decorated en suite with foliage only.Hinged gold cuvette decorated with medals awarded in exhibitions and timing contests. White enamel with Empire Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands.
