Samuel V. Chamberlain (American, 1895-1975) Lot of Two Impressions: Remnants of Gothis Lace Work, Pont Audemer, c. 1926, edition of 50 (Chamberlain & Kingsland, 39). Both signed "Samuel Chamberlain" in pencil l.r., one numbered "13/50" in pencil l.l., the other an impression from the cancelled plate, inscribed beneath the image in pencil. Drypoint on paper, plate sizes 9 x 4 1/2 in. (22.8 x 11.3 cm), one matted, both unframed. Condition: Margins 1 inch or more. Provenance: Through the family of the artist.
