L.F." in pencil l.l., dated "1946" in pen and titled in pencil l.r., inscribed "2470/36 R.R. 12157/70" in pencil on the reverse. Ink, gouache, and graphite on laid paper, sheet size 12 1/2 x 18 7/8 in. (31.8 x 47.9 cm), framed. Condition: Tape residue to all edges recto and corners verso, cloth tape hinged to backing mat. Provenance: Purchased from Obelisk Gallery, Boston; collection of Melvin B. Nessel, Boston, Massachusetts. N.B.
