Condition: Surface abrasions, subtle canvas deformations. Provenance: From the artist by family descent. There are numerous surface abrasions and losses. These are primarily within the background, although there is a small rub/loss to the figure's nose. The painting would benefit from cleaning and needs keying out. PROVENANCE: From the artist to a sibling, then by direct descent to the present owner.
