Thomas Moran (American, 1837-1926) Falls of Schuylkill Signed and dated "T. Moran. 1857." l.l., titled (probably in a later hand) l.l. Sepia ink wash and graphite on paper, sheet size 9 x 7 in. (22.9 x 17.8 cm), framed. Condition: Toning, subtle mat burn, tape hinged to backing mat. Provenance: Through the collection of Dr. T. Edward Hanley, Bradford, Pennsylvania; Cyril Joseph Bowdring, Washington D.C., to a private collection by family descent. Subtle acid burn to sheet verso, no additional condition issues to report.
