Signed "Carl W Peters" l.r., signed and titled on the back of the frame, information on the artist affixed to the backing, inscribed "Property of: Dorothy Evelyn Staff" in a later hand on the backing. Oil on canvasboard, 16 x 20 in. (40.6 x 50.8 cm), framed. Condition: Scattered retouch, mild surface grime. No additional condition issues to report.
