Four Sterling Matchsafes, late 19th/early 20th century, three American: a case centered by a horse head against a horseshoe, with scroll border, engraved with name recto, a leafy latticework design, and a rocaille scrolled cartouche-shaped, the latter two monogrammed; and an English example, Birmingham, 1920 or 1945, set to front with an engraved shield for Bundaberg, lg. 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 in., approx. 4 troy oz. latticework: light corner dings, and split to seam at top of front edge where meets lid. all with some light overall age/usage wear.
