Bohemian Cranberry-flashed and Gilt-decorated Glass Covered Cup, late 19th century, the lid with faceted finial and scalloped rim, the paneled cylindrical body elaborately gilded with acanthus and leafy scrolls, on paneled base with ogee rim, ht. 10 1/8 in. Minor age typical rubbing to the gilding with a few spots of loss to the raised beads at the acanthus on body, few scattered flea bite chips along foot rim, most significant gilt wear at lid.
