Miniature Chinese Export Silver Model of a Canopy Boat, late 19th/early 20th century, the vessel with central pagoda-form canopy protecting a regal personage, with two oarsmen standing under the flanking canopies, with moving canopy fringes and rudder, ht. 2 5/8, lg. 3 1/2 in., glued to round wood base with glass dome. glued onto wood base. no discernable marks. a few losses to canopy fringes, and minor bends to elements.
