Seven Small Chinese Export Silver Vases, late 19th/early 20th century, three pairs: one pair trumpet-shaped, reticulated with prunus, on foliate stem, with wood bases, maker's mark WHL, full ht. 7 1/2, one pair slender egg-shape with writhing dragons and fluted rim, on removable wood bases, maker's mark SW, silver ht. 7 1/2, and a paneled baluster-form pair with repousse decoration, unmarked, ht. 7 1/2; with a single paneled baluster-form vase with applied decoration of birds on flowering branches, unmarked, ht. 8 1/4 in., approx. 29 troy oz. weighable silver. SW pair with very light bends to fluted rims. one of the reticulated pair with solder repair joining stem to foot. one of the paneled baluster form from the pair with a light bend at upper rim. the single paneled baluster form with slight dings to corner of rim with small metal tear, a thumb-sized dent to one panel, and compression to one point at foot. all with some minor age typical wear.
