Black Duck Decoy, America, early 20th century, the decoy with tack eyes, an old label affixed to rig ring inscribed "... hollow dugout about 1900 Atlantic City, New Jersey area," (small loss to underside of bill, old repaint), ht. 7 3/4, lg. 15 3/4 in. !/4 x 1/2 in. loss on underside of bill, slight joinery separation at neck and mid-body, some paint flaking on breast and under tail tip.
