Karl Zerbe (American, 1903-1972) Spring Fields Signed "Zerbe" l. l. Watercolor and gouache on paper/board, sight size 20 1/2 x 26 1/4 in. (52.1 x 66.7 cm), framed. Condition: Mild rippling, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Descended within the families of William Walters (1819-1894), and/or George Harold Edgell (1887-1954). Please refer to lot 15 for more details. The surface of the support has minor pilling; probably a result of the type of paper used. The rippling is gentle. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no other visible condition issues to report.
